this way to save the images, at first you need to go to save as option. Then there in Save as type, you have to select web page option. Then tick the save thumbnail option which is the bottom of your page. After writing the name of your new web page click OK Now your document as a new web page has saved. To find your Image open the folder and see all pictures which has saved there.

Save Your Favorite Image Through the Paint
This way is very simple way that shows you. How to save your favorite image among the lots of Image that you have in your document. Here you can right click on your image then copy or cut it and open Paint and paste it there. But frankly, i want to say that if you cut the image from your document your image will remove from the document. It is better to copy and paste to the paint page. After selecting the size save your image save it on your PC.
